Narcissistic Abuse

Education is Valuable; Experience is Invaluable

Let’s face it, some things can’t be taught. And experience is one of those things.

I could describe the pain and heartache that comes with divorce. The grief and hurt that accompanies a death of a loved one. The anguish of losing an unborn child. The hopelessness of being sick, and scared, not knowing what might happen next. I’ve lived through all of these things. But unless someone has experienced those things, while they may be sympathetic, they will not truly understand. It is simply impossible to fully understand something you have not experienced.

Education is valuable. And I truly applaud those who have worked hard and sacrificed to earn their accolades. It is a huge accomplishment and I deeply respect it.

I sometimes fear I won’t have anything of value to say. I’ll think “who I am to teach another when I am still learning myself?” It’s at those times I remind myself that we are all at different mile markers on the same road. The road called life. I love sharing my experiences with all of you, and everyday I look forward to reading messages and comments sharing yours with me💗

Experience is invaluable. And while some experiences are more difficult than others, if we’re doing it right every experience should help us to grow, learn, and deepen our understanding of ourselves and our world leaving us with a knowledge we did not have before and a heart to help others 🤍
