I haven’t been on this channel in several days and I anticipate it could be several more before I’m back. Now is a time for me to focus and gain clarity. Like all transitions I hope this one to be fruitful and bear a positive outcome. In the meantime, keep healing. Love you all so much🤍
It’s ok to have unresolved trauma. It’s not ok to take that trauma out on other people. If your pattern is repeating get some help. Even the most patient people get tired of the out of proportion rage filled reactions, the name calling, projecting, and insults.
It does NOT matter how emotionally intelligent, or how good your communication skills are when you’re dealing with a narcissist. The best of intentions will be misconstrued and the best skills useless. When someone is constantly looking for wrongdoing in others they will find it, even if it’s not there.
Narcissistic deflection. Once you see it, you’ll never unsee it. 💯🤡
In case you’re wondering if a narcissist believes their own lies the answer is a resounding 📣 YES. This deconstruction and reconstruction applies to any egregious amoral acts they commit. Whether it is stealing, and cheating, or much darker things like pedophilia or murder. The narcissists justifies these acts in their mind by reconstructing a narrative that makes anything ok. They justify it on the inside and deny and deceive to those outside. This is also why they are so good at lying; they truly believe their narrative and run with it as “truth”.
Piggybacking off of yesterday’s post about authenticity and perfection.
